Christmas Photos 2009

Typically we have our Christmas photos taken the weekend of Thanksgiving or before so I have enough time to get them designed and ordered. This year we decided to use our family beach photo on our Christmas card instead so we weren’t in a rush to do our Christmas pics. Well, we waited until practically the last possible minute to get them done but I think they turned out great. Some minor issues from our Drama Queen (Alexis) but all in all, they’re awesome. Hold tight – LOTS of photos today!

I tried doing a couple of storyboards to help reduce the number of huge pics! LOL Still ended up with tons to share! Here’s Lexi Lou – her attitude poking through in the last shot! collagelexi

Miss Maddie – she was SOOO cooperative today even though the dress was “itchy” and the shoes hurt her feet.

Bowling Acres Is The Place To Be…

This year for the girls birthday party, we decided to have it somewhere other than the house. I’m lazy. I wanted someplace where I didn’t have to make the food or clean up. The kids love bowling so we started looking around for a place to do a bowling party and quickly found Bowling Acres! We tried it out and the kids loved it! So we booked it and we had the party today! I’m fairly certain all the kids had a great time and I know the girls were so excited to have all their closest friends there to help celebrate! We’re very fortunate to have some fantastic friends!

Thanks so much to my father-in-law and Derick for taking the pics for us today while we were tending to the kids! It made it so much easier to not have to worry about taking pics while dealing with the kiddies!

The day was not without injury – no less than 4 kiddies got their fingers smashed between the balls. Here Maddie and Adreanna are being consoled after getting fingers hurt! They were quick to recover though!
