Snow Storm of 2008

We had our first good snow storm of the season yesterday and today. It dropped somewhere around a foot of snow here in our portion of NH. We’re getting a little break now but the snow is supposed to start up again tomorrow for part two – another 6+ inches!! Here are a few pics from the storm…

Christmas Baking 2008

It’s officially the holiday season – I’ve been baking for 3 days straight and everything is set to go into work with Joe tomorrow! I only took a couple of pics because I made pretty much the same as I did last year.
A sampling of everything I made, minus the chocolate fudge. Clockwise from the candy cane: Candy Cane Sugar Cookie, Chocolate Cake Cookie w/Candy Cane Kiss, Peanut Butter Bon Bon, Iced Gingerbread, Rice Krispie Treat Wreath, Oreo Ball, Chocolate Billionaire and in the center Andes Peppermint Crunch Icebox Cookies.
